Hi everyone! Just wanted to drop in and post my SARMS log for y'all! I know some have been asking about SARMS for female use.
LGD 5MG
S4 25MG
GW 20MG
In addition, I take an active women's multivitamin, B12, and iron. I also do protein shakes, creatine, and bronkaid (which helps tremendously with asthma.)
I am on day 14 of my second SARMS cycle, however, this is my first cycle on PE. For my first cycle, I ran the GW & MK from SARMS1. I've seen a HUGE difference in the quality of the GW!! SARMS1 was chunky/globby. PE has a creamier consistency, which makes your dosing more consistent/even. I've noticed a big strength increase, obvious fat loss, and harder, more toned arms, back, and midsection.
As far as my goals, I'm looking to gain quite a bit of lean muscle mass and drop my body fat percentage to a healthy yet extremely lean range. Not sure what it's at right now lol RickRock might need to help with that. I train like a beast 5days a week. Hoping to do a show next year. Haven't decided what area I want to work towards yet, but probably physique.
