MyFitnessPal, bro If it fits you're good. Spend a little extra on halo top ice cream and shit like that 280 cals a pint, and it's just as good as any ice cream I've ever bought in a store... very macro friendly treat that helps curb a craving for sweets.

I just tried oatmeal cookie the other day never saw it at th health food store before probably my new favorite flavor.

I actually experimented with this about a month ago. I decided to see if I could hit 10k in one day. It wasn't an easy feat, but I got it done. Weighed 4lbs more the next morning, and didn't feel much like eating lol. So I was under my calories by 1k a day for the next 4 days. I ended up weighing the same I did the morning of the 10k day. So, much of it was water and bloat.

Theres no amount of food I could consume in a cheat day/meal that would make me gain an significant amount of fat while training and sticking to a strict diet for the remainder of the week. But I would struggle HARD to hit 10kcal. I thought I was being a fatass sitting down and eating 4500 calores in boneless wings in a meal. Well, I was being a fatass and I honestly felt like I was poisoned afterward so to consider eating 10k dirty cals in a day I honestly don't know if I could do it at this point in time. I'd have to train for that shit

Every Sunday I eat cheat meals, but I feel bad when I do. You strive all week to do good then Sunday comes around for my chest meals and I feel so guilty when I eat bad. It's mentally emotional break down lol
