Very hard days for me, I can't afford more cheat day's, I've had to many, can't loose weight on them lol

Changing my life around one day at a time!!
Dude-you better not have any cheat days! You cheated for years, so now it is time to payback. So how is your diet going? How much more weight have you lost?

Some good cheats for you. Jello instant pudding. Make with powdered milk and add 2 scoops of whey.
Popcorn air popper, or better yet use some mineral oil on the stove and pop a little popcorn in it. Will make you shit yourself if you use too much, so stay with 1 Tbl. The popcorn comes out nice and greasy with no extra calories. Add some butter buds.

Diet tiramasu- want that one?
So far I lost a hundred and twenty pounds still need to get under that four hundred range my diet is a bit shaky need to be more strict with it, still learning, and Yes drb I'll give the diet tiramisu a try thanks.

Changing my life around one day at a time!!

I cheat once a month and when i do im very reasonable with what i cheat with....my favorite cheat is sushi or peanut butter with skim milk, but i make sure i keep my carbs and fats down the whole day to make up for it!!! The best way to do a cheat meal is to plan for it, and make sure it fits in your macro management. Eating grease and saturated fats can wreck your progress and set you back a week at best!!

Mby im lucky, or mby " pigging out " means something else here in the greate north, but im 9 weeks out of comp. and i have 1 cheat meal a week with positive results. Today im having home made pie and halfe a tube of pringles. Last week i had 4 slice's of pizza and a choco bar. I've lost aprox 2 lb and gone down from 8,1 to 7.0 %bf with macros @ 2900kcal. Ill be cutting the cheat meals closer to comp day, but i wouldnt say they've set me back much..

Here's the thing that you have to realize too. The lower you are in bodyfat, the more you can cheat and still make progress. This is because your metabolic rate is through the roof and your body is like a furnace. Those cheats actually keep that fire burning and you maintaining fat loss....if you do them right. I did a cheat meal every single week while in prep, and even added in one more the final weeks leading up to competition because of my current condition and progress I was making. Everyone is going to be a little different, and it does depend a lot on body type, metabolism, etc, but generally speaking the fatter you are the less often you can cheat (maybe once a month or not at all) and the leaner you get the more you need to incorporate those chests up to once or twice every seven days. It's the same principle as when people do Keto diets and refeeds. You must refeed more often the leaner you are

That's true. I would never have a cheat meal while i was cuttin from abit extreme bulking in my younger day's either. I always used to say to my gril friend at the time - that fat stick's to fat.. - lol. But yea, have em cheat meals at lower bf and keep the fire burning. 10% bf and up cheat meal is a no go or on rare occasion

You have exactly the right idea my friend. It's all about knowing your limitations, and staying within those limits

I'm at about 13% bf and I cheat as I feel the need. I rarely turn down invitations on the weekends to go out to dinner with friends or family. But even that is only like once or twice a month. I'm not a professional and I have no intentions on ever competing. For me going out with friends and family and enjoying life while looking like a Mac is what bodybuilding is all about. For example, I'm about to go out to dinner with a close friend, his family and my family for his wife's birthday. I plan on having the most delicious steak, salad and potatoes you've ever seen, lol.

Today was awful. Little Caesars, dreyer's ice cream, spicy pickles with twang beer salt poured on top and a mrs. Baird's cherry pie with milk. That's all. Didn't even work out lol! [DISAPPOINTED FACE]

I'm 43 and married and I'm trying to impress both myself and my wife. Never stop trying to impress your wife man, just sayin'. ;)

As other have said, I only have the occasional cheat meal. I don't have cheat days. I'm similar to RickRock where I try to eat 90-95% clean at all times. Every Sunday night my wife and I have "date" time and I'll cheat by having some turkey bacon, some hard cheese and a perhaps a glass or two of red wine. So I'm not going with chips and junk food, which would be completely insane. At my age eating that type of stuff for just one meal will set me back an entire week, so it's totally not worth it.

My dream is to become a super disciplined monster like Dylan and only cheat a couple times per year. I'm not there yet, but I will be.

i go overboard and don't recommend it but there is a point where you absolutely need higher amounts of self control and i just have it... it is very important to develop this mentality and you most certainly can do it brother...

Ya well if I get caught out of sorts on the road like the other day I went to arby's. But before I went in I looked up there calorie counter thing and ended up with the turkey roasted salad, calories were like 600 but I ate light for dinner, the sodium in that was a fuckin killer tho, so I am very careful now that I am trying to eat only 1500 per day.

sodium is one that often gets overlooked and it is a killer... good job keeping your eye on that one bro!

Ya I can count the calories but damnit man the sodium is what makes you retain damn water. and I know most of the folks here know that but not everyone that thinks they are eating healthy at Subway knows that, all processed meats like that are packed with sodium. So I am very careful with that, working too hard to blow it on that.

sodium is one that often gets overlooked... im sure you feel bloated when you eat or after you eat subway and that's the culprit... a lot of casein proteins are loaded with sodium and people overlook it or straight egg protein powders... there are A LOT of things that carry a lot of sodium that people just miss... you have to be thorough when reading a label...

I try not to eat subway not only for the carbs but the sodium, the past 2 months I have been carefully watching the sodium in food

trust me, i used to LOVE those type of things and we were always under the conception they were so good for you... fuck, i love just a plain turkey sandwich with just mayo on it but its just not good... try this... get a can of low sodium tuna, some ezekiel bread and some veganese instead of mayo... add some parsley and tomato slices and make a sandwich that way and its fucking bomb and little to no sodium if you drain the tuna properly and extremely healthy... heat it in the microwave about 10 seconds bro...

That's no joke either. Sodium is a mother and can get out of hand in a hurry. Some things I love which have very little caloric content are hot sauce and soy sauce. Unfortunately both are packed with sodium, and despite how clean my meals are, I can gain two pounds in a day and be bloated if I use too much of either.

Yep until you actually take the time to read the labels and get serious about weight loss and water retention you can certainly fuck things up just by things you think are innocently healthy, mainly because of the hype with marketing and all of that shit too.
