I've never been big on cardio and usually stick to weights training. But I'm planning on adding cardio to my training and looking to get recommendation on how much cardio I should do per week and for how long?
My cycle is 10 weeks which is Dbol at 4 weeks and Test and Deca at 12 weeks.
plus all your AI and other protection etc
For a guy looking to put on a few KG of lean muscle with mininum fat as possible and train 6 days a week.
