Hi guys

I've never been big on cardio and usually stick to weights training. But I'm planning on adding cardio to my training and looking to get recommendation on how much cardio I should do per week and for how long?

My cycle is 10 weeks which is Dbol at 4 weeks and Test and Deca at 12 weeks.

plus all your AI and other protection etc

For a guy looking to put on a few KG of lean muscle with mininum fat as possible and train 6 days a week.

How much cardio do you think I should do?

How much cardio do you think I should do?

20-30 minutes of steady state cardio per day about 4-5 days per week is about right. I'm running test, Deca, and EQ and starting cardio tomorrow doing exactly that in favor of keeping the fat off while trying to add more size....and possibly even lean up a little

with bulking i would probably do more steady state than HIIT and about 30 minutes per day 4-5 days per week
