Cardarine - Split the dose or not?

Half the reviews on the net say split into to two doses. The other half say take the full dose at one time. Any advice on the best way to take it ? Thanks

There is no need to split it. Just take the full 20mg dose once per day

no, its a 24 hour half life and there is no need to split the dose whatsoever... take it all at once, just keep it consistent on the time of day each day...
