Cardarine Not Working

Hey all,

About 9 days into my cardarine cycle from Sarmsx running as a stand alone. Dosing 20mg a day 30 min before workout. Haven't seen much effects so far. Diet has been OK, but not great (going to try to kick that up) and I've been running hard workouts for 2 hours a day. Anything I'm doing wrong? Or does it just take longer to work in some people? Thanks

some people take nearly 2 weeks... there's no set number... most see it right away but that has not always been the case...

Cardarine is an interesting beast.

For me, its a stealth boost. I really dont notice it, I just notice I get to a point where I should be tired, and arent.

When you say you haven't seen anything, are you talking in terms of endurance or fat loss? Of course diet plays a huge role in the fat loss benefits, and depending on your training methods you may or may not see the best effects. It shines greatly during cardio, but if you're not doing cardio your weight sessions will see the biggest benefits by shortening your recovery period between sets, if you normally take little time between sets. If you take several minutes between sets I wouldn't expect to see any benefit.

Fat loss takes some time, I noticed a couple extra reps on my workouts and that my cardio was better. You'll just have to try pushing yourself and see what happens

Two weeks was the mark for me to really notice the difference. At almost three weeks, last night's workout was totally different for me in that my rest period between sets was just more sets of a different muscle group or another way to hit the group I was working. I did rest for 20-30 seconds after some combined sets but I didn't really feel the need. Keep at it and you'll be impressed with the results.

you also have to make changes in diet and utilize the capabilities with training.. you cant just take it and then expect to lose fat... you still need to change your diet etc to accommodate..
