I can recommend something better than GW bro.... a calorie deficit coupled with sufficient training

If you have that nailed then yeah, GW is the shit. If not, then get that sorted first

Also, its not for everyone but when it comes to fat loss personally im a huge fan of intermittent fasting. Maybe check that out. But again, your diet and training will have to be in check to see results. Whether its weight loss or weight gain, diet and training is always your bread and butter
 
yes, gw is excellent for weight loss but you can take everything under the sun but if your diet and training are not disciplined and consistent, it wont make any sort of difference
