Can you run these two for 16 straight weeks or is it bad to go past 12? I'm on TRT from my doctor just incase that makes a difference.

the only difference with being on trt is you dont need a pct... the sarms you can run 16 weeks are GW501516, RAD140 and SR9009... obviously mk677 is ran for a year continuously...
Okay. So is 4 weeks the minimum needed for time off? I'll just split what I have into two cycles.

Desensitizing to the compound. Basically the benefit in terms of gains will stall out, rendering further dosing useless until you come off of it and give yourself a break to raise your sensitivity back up

How about if you're on TRT and you hop from one to the other - 12 weeks Ostarine / 12 weeks LGD / 12 weeks RAD-140, then repeat ?

You need to give your body a break in between sarms....at least 2-3 weeks in my opinion. If you keep jumping from compound to compound you won't gain as much as if you at least give yourself a little small break in between. It's a small price to pay to give you the best benefit in the end.

Hello i m starting my first cycle GW,S4, and mk677, Im just completing my first week . I have a problem that hopefully you can help me with I take 20 mg GW , 30 S4 and 25 MK677 and after i take i feel very weak like i have to lay down after , so does that sound like i need to increase water( i drink a galloon a day) or food because i have to just lay down and go to sleep right after and i feel very sick after a few hours it goes away tho.

honestly, you could really do that... as long as your not running the same one over and over where it would exceed the amount of time on, you could do it... ONLY because your on trt... yes, you can do that
I think that's the effect of mk-677 , I'm no expert at all , in fact I'm very new to the sarms stuff so the experts here can correct me but from what I read is that mk-677 causes nausea and may put you to sleep cause it's making your gland produce GH which is normally produced when you are sleeping .

No that's pramipexole you're thinking of. Mk677 HELPS sleep at night and can cause hunger. Not nausea.

not sure where you read that but i would avoid reading anything else from there because thats, oh i dont know, A MILLION miles off... not even close... 677 does NOTHING like that with nausea... ive never seen ONE person have that issue in all these years... not ONE... thats absurd from whoever wrote that
