its speculation on the matter but its been brought to my attention for quite some time since these companies began producing capsule forms

Well I haven't ran any of my "sarms" in 48 hours, did chest and back today. I went from 95lbs dumbbell chest press last week.... I did 100s today.... so like I said before I'm completely unaware of the half life this stuff has.

it depends on the sarm

s4 is only 4-6 hours where gw and mk are 24 and lgd is between 24-36...
