Can't see any difference

Hello everyone. Tommorrow will be my 3rd week since I started taking LGD 4033. I cant see any difference. My strength is the same and I didn't put any size on either. My diet and training were the same. Anyone have some suggestion to this? (I take 1ml of LGD 4033 every day)
 
it may take longer to show when you are not stacking them with other SARMS. they have a synergy alone but with a stack it just enhances everything. where did you get the lgd?

Let's be a little more specific here. What exactly is your diet, and what is your stats and experience. Before we start blaming a product or compound, there's a lot of other factors in play to look at. Also keep in mind that being in your 3rd week is nothing. Some people take longer fir results than others

Wow you got me wrong bro, im not blaming nothing. I'm just asking to see if i'm doing anything wrong. My diet is based of protein an fats(keto) and I even started to add more carbs since I started the cycle, but nothing exaggerated. I'm 21,, 5"6", 165lb, work out since I was 15 with little brakes in between.
 
ya you may wanna just stay on it and see like I said I never saw any reason to take 1 SARM as a standalone, now there are some logs from doing this but once I took the triple stack (before LGD came out) I was hooked on stacking and wouldn't consider running standalone unless it was for a log for the company. hows your hunger or appetite any change in that?

I didn't notice anything out of order.
 
Re-evaluate your training programming/intensity/volume and your diet. Is everything all in check? Are you in a caloric surplus? If so, how are you keeping track of macronutrient intake?

Could you write out a sample day of your diet and describe your training, it will help everyone give you the proper advice.
 
Sure. For breakfast I usually have oatmeal+egg whites/ greek yougourt, around ten o'clock I get a snack(a fruit+protein bar or if I am at home ill get peanut butter+fruit+some kind of seeds/nuts), At noon I get chinnesse buffet, i'm going to the gym around 3 o'clock, get the protein shake after, for dinner I have some kind of lean meat(fish, chicken etc.)+ vegetable(usually peas, beans or broccoli) and I might eat another fruit before I go to sleep. Training 4 times a week: Monday chest+biceps, Wednesday: back+triceps, Thursday:legs, Friday:shoulders+traps. Sometimes I add another day in the weekend where I do a longer session of cardio, for like 1hour and thirty min. I also do cardio around thirty minutes everyday im training and go to the steam room 3 times a week.

Ok that's cool buddy. Sometimes you just have to be a little patient, as some people just respond differently than others. There's just so many things that can impact results. It makes it hard to diagnose and pinpoint things unless you know somewhere that there is a problem

Imo opinion this is not enough protein. idk how much egg whites buy the avg lrg egg has 7gms so if u take out the yoke that 3.5gms per egg. Chinese buffet is full of salt and sugar. Not very healthy at all. I usually only eat there for a carb reload/cheat meal. My est is bout 120-130 gms of protein per day for u. I would up it to 1-1.5 gms per lb of weight. Gotta eat to grow and ur not eating much
 
Gotta count the calories bro, need to get like 500 over ur maintenance
