Sure. For breakfast I usually have oatmeal+egg whites/ greek yougourt, around ten o'clock I get a snack(a fruit+protein bar or if I am at home ill get peanut butter+fruit+some kind of seeds/nuts), At noon I get chinnesse buffet, i'm going to the gym around 3 o'clock, get the protein shake after, for dinner I have some kind of lean meat(fish, chicken etc.)+ vegetable(usually peas, beans or broccoli) and I might eat another fruit before I go to sleep. Training 4 times a week: Monday chest+biceps, Wednesday: back+triceps, Thursday:legs, Friday:shoulders+traps. Sometimes I add another day in the weekend where I do a longer session of cardio, for like 1hour and thirty min. I also do cardio around thirty minutes everyday im training and go to the steam room 3 times a week.
