With canned chicken instead? I'm allergic to fish. I was looming at the profiles and it seems chicken and tuna are similar.

I here you besides breaking out in rashes. I just can't stand the smell of fish and tuna. I have a wedding in 18 days to attend. I want yo be as lean as possible. I'm newly single

you need to REALLY watch the sodium on the canned chicken... it tends to be horrible... it can be with tuna as well but i found a chicken of the sea can with low sodium i order on amazon now and get by the case... ask drb or jake about completely substituting but my guess would be that you need to stick with the tuna although i cannot confirm that a hundred percent...

ya i know the chicken in a can is def high in sodium i belive like 600 mgs if i remember right

the tysons chicken in a can i believe was 600ish i may be high but its close. some of the tuna i have seen in the vacuum packs are pretty high as well 240 mgs in the white albacore and 300 in the chink light tuna in wateri wont be eating these today but i have some smoked salmon and boiled eggs

when it comes to chicken, i wont touch the cans period... im huge on organic ground chicken or the chicken tenders... NOT THE BREADED ONES LOL... i mean the very expensive lean cut chicken tenders... they are leanest chicken type you can get and they taste damn good...

I buy the low sodium stuff and then also rinse it. I also like the star kist solid white alabacore.There are some really good premium tunas.like Wild Planet, Crown Prince Raincoast, and 365.
I would not go with canned chicken. That stuff has been injected with salt water. Eggwhite will leave you feeling empty, and so will powders. It is best to stick with the canned tuna for the simple reason of being able to count grams of protein and calories. You could go steak and eggs, but you may no be spot on when it comes to protein,calories and FATS! This is not just 3 days of keto.It is 3 days of spot on protein no fat, no carbs. Good quality protein. DrB does not have much of a selection where he lives, so he now squeezes lemon, lime, or uses his home made salsa, or pickled jalapenos. Just fresh peppers soaked in cider vinegar.
After three days your metobolism will be stoaking and burning fat like crazy. Now is when you adjust and tweak the diet to perfection, and roll from there.
