Can we trust this guy about sarms, which has more than 100 000 Youtube views ?

I watched 30sec of that video & that guy even from the neck up looks completely out of shape.He looks like he gets his carbs from potato chips.As a rule I won't take anyone giving out gear advice seriously, that is clearly out of shape.
 
Views mean nothing man. Look at Jason Genova's views and followers. He gets people to make death threats for him he's so influential. It means less than nothing. and YK-11 is crap from what studies show. Dylan has a video on it that will tell you more on it.

In not sure what views have to do with anything... i have over a million views so the 100k means nothing... even the one million is not as big as i want it... The point is this... You always look at the source of the information... In this case, its very poor and if you cannot see that within about 2 seconds then Im more concerned for you than anything... This information is such shit its insane.. The motive there is probably not so good... You can always feel free to listen to whomever you like and then learn the hard way, just dont come back when its too late after you decided to listen to some douche bag who doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground... one thing i cannot stand is when someone refuses to listen, goes and does whatever they were instructed not to do and then wants help... lol... how exactly does that work? i slap you in the face but then when i need you i want your help? i dont think so... just keep that in mind...

im feeling nice today... i got extra sleep last night so im a bit sluggish... =) i dont think he meant harm... it was just the wording because if i saw it another way, the arm bar would have been the tip of the ice berg... lolll
