Calorie intake on testosterone

Hi guys I'm starting my first testosterone cycle very soon I'm trying to put on size. My usual calorie intake for bulking is about 3200 calories. Should my intake be any higher or lower since I'm on cycle? I know it's possible to burn fat and build muscle at the same time on cycle. Is it only possible when your calorie intake is a little bit over your daily need? Any information on this would be appreciated. Thanks

well that would depend on what type of calories you are eating, not just how many. also what time you eat certain macros. carbs especially. all these play a factor.

for a general rule of thumb, 250-500 caloric surplus. but like i said this is very generalistic. and there are many variables to consider

what are your stats??

Always eat for the goal you have bro. Just because you go on cycle doesn't mean you can necessarily eat even more and expect to gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time. Whatever works off cycle works even better on cycle.

thats pretty difficult to answer when noone even knows your goals from the cycle? you eat according to your goals bro... noone on the planet earth can answer that without the pertinent information

I'm usually around 400 calories on surplus when I'm bulking. My goal is to maximize my gains while keeping lean. I'm around 10 12 percent body fat now but I'm leaning out more at the moment i wanna start when I'm pretty lean. My question is should I act as if I'm not on cycle and eat like a normal bulk cycle or should I change that 400 calorie surplus

I'm gonna start my bulk when I get to single digits body fat. I'm usually on a 400 calorie surplus when I'm bulking. I wanna maximize my gains while keeping lean or even better loosing more fat. My question is should I act as if I'm not on cycle and keep that 400 calorie surplus for my bulk or should I go lower or maybe higher? I just wanna know how the body works while on cycle regarding calorie intake

I'm around 400 calorie surplus when I'm bulking. And I'm around 10 percent body fat. Wanna stay lean and maximize gains. Do I need more calories than a natural bulk cause I'm potentially building more muscle than a natural bulking cycle? This is the first cycle so i don't know what to expect regarding the calorie intake

No i wouldnt increase your calories just because youre going on TEST. TEST helps to gain muscle mass but it wont magically keep you from gaining bodyfat. and carbs and fats dont build muscle, protein does. although the other macros play a role in anabolism they dont directly make muscle growth. so theoretically if you play your cards right you can build some lean mass while maintaining or slightly reducing your bodyfat levels. but that depends on how you structure your diet and what you eat. also how you workout.

now when youre doing a 400 caloric surplus do you normally gain alot of fat?

i wouldnt overthink this. if you know what works already for you, then stick to the formula. i would just make sure you are eating good wholesome calories. not junk. since you want to stay lean. i would also recommend doing some steady state cardio like incline walking if you are afraid of gaining Fat.

Thanks for the help I appreciate it . 400 gives me good results i start a bit lower for the first week though usually 300 surplus. I don't usually get fat with that unless i go over 5 months of bulking. What do you suggest for the pct and the sarms bridge calorie vise. I assume you can't really cut on pct but what about the sarms bridge. I'm running s4
