I dropped to using 1800 as a baseline and still didnt loose any weight, even with gw and SR. So I took 20% off of that (1440 BMR) and that finally seems to be working. I take the 1440 and add my workout cals into it.
Finally starting to lose some inches and weight, down around 5 pounds from beginning date (4/17). Back still isnt 100% yet, but getting closer. Still waiting till I can lift that 140pd vest and start humping stairs. Cardio is gettign real good now, but I cant increase the resistance much as my back starts getting tight afterwards. I've been debating starting a 4week ostarine healing run monday to see if I can get that last of my back healed up.
