Burned out

Sadly I wasted a lot of gear over the recent months and really accomplished almost nothing. It's time for a break because I'm burned out. I don't even want to think about the gym lately and fitness and supplement talk just bore me. Sucks because winter is the best and most fun time to bulk for me :/ oh well. My blood pressure and mood will soon be normalized and I can stop being aggravated by everything so much.

I think it's important that some of us really keep a short leash on ourselves because it's easy to get carried away with cycles and cruises etc and the bad juju sneaks up on us and we think life sucks lately when really it's our bodies needing a break. I know I'm not the only one who does this. Time to coast... Not cruise.

An eye opener. I appreciate the message here, I appreciate the education even more.

Thanks for putting it out there.

That's why aftee this last blast. I plan on just 140mg Cyp a week for a year or so. Give the body a break then do a long as Equipoise cycle and then break

I'm coming up on it Nov 28th,,,,, hit it hard for 6 weeks that's getting in at least 75 to 100 miles a week of cardio on the river bluff

Back on the iron plates ,,,,,,,when I'm off cycle I stop it all for about 16weeks or more and enjoy life,,,,,,, but keep my cardio yr around

it happens to everyone bro and sometimes its unexplainable... i have been there.. ive always pushed through it but honestly, its better to just take a break because you only hinder yourself more if your not fully into what your doing... you need to take a break, reassess everything, get your drive back, which you most certainly will and honestly, you can come back better than before... i went through a long lull most of the year with so many stressful things in my life and i took a step back, reassessed, realized that i could be better than i ever was, i prayed on it day after day, got my focus back and i swear to you, im on a level i have never been, in everything, mental and physical... you can call me anytime you need to also bro... if you just need to talk or whatever...

I think everyone goes through that funk from time to time. I'm in a bit of one now myself, but mostly because of a lot of outside stress from work, marriage, and my personal life. The gym is one of the few things that has helped me keep my head on straight, but performance and my diet has been affected by the other factors.

I've been on the other side too where everything is fine except the gym, and I just didn't have the motivation or drive to do it. That's when I know I need a good week away. For me that usually does the trick

I have upmost respect for you for doing this. Your body and mind will eventually tell you that enough is enough. I have been there myself. Absolutely listen to your body. Take a break. Your body and mind are craving it. You are NOT going to deflate. Enjoy your time off. Your B/P will def lower, and you will feel great. Will take about a month. Muscle has memory. You may loose a little bit. Don't let it get to you. Cause it all will come back.
This will even help you get past any plateaus you have had when you get back into it.
Never ever think you can't take some well needed time off Brother.
And for some of the other guys here, please take notice of jacks thread. It's very important.

Good luck, keep us informed.
