Sup everyone got a few questions and need some insight from you if possible.
Little background on me is I am
5'11
185(rough estimate on the high side is 16% BF)
21 years old
Now I'm not interested in AAS for multiple reasons but mainly because its just not for me yet. About a month ago I had shown interest in SARMS and actually ordered but in my part of being active military that was put on a hold for certain reasons. But now im in a position where I can do it again.
Now to be quite honest I had shown some interest in pro-hormones and still slightly interested. I have read that PH's are quite tricky and could be very debilitating to myself so that's why im asking these questions about SARMS
1) My goal is to gain mass I would like to reach 195 of lean muscle(Long term goal)
2) I would like to have increased vascularity and muscle hardness
3) Adding in a calorie surplus is it reasonable with SARMS to expect a 8-12lb increase in lean muscle with a 8 or 12 week cycle? If not what is.
And to mention on my diet ill be quite frank it has been fucked as of recent as I am currently deployed but in the process of rotating back home so I will be able to fix that when back. Thanks for the insight and Im sure you guys have some great info to pass on thanks.
