Building Cycles for advanced users

Hi everyone, here's a question for advanced AAS users.

When you have awesome results with a cycle: you get no sides (or very little), you get lean mass, after PCT you maintain all your gains or almost, after PCT your blood test is perfectly fine... I mean you are 100% happy and satisfied with your cycle.

After your rest/bridge, you want to do an other cycle: do you plan the same cycle or do you switch it ? Do you follow the classic "you never change a winning team ?" Can the body get used to a cycle and therefore you have to put different coumponds in order to "cycle a cycle" ?

Of course, adding sarms like GW, SR, MK677... is a no brainer because they are 100% complementary to AAS and are pushing results to a whole new level, but here I'm talking about AAS coumponds.

I'm asking myself this question because I'm sure a lot of you bros are competing or are among elite bodybuilders, these guys are very consistent in their training/nutrition, and I wonder if they keep the same "winning cycles" (like for example if Phil Heath used the same cycles during his 5 last winning Olympia years)

Thanks !

it really depends bro... its scenario specific... for instance... if your newer to all of this and say you have only ran 2 or 3 cycles, chances are you have not tried everything yet... you may want to see what type of experience you have with everything to see what you actually like the most or respond to the best... as you move forward, it depends on your intended goals at the time... if you had a successful bulking cycle, for example but you want to start cutting down, regardless of how well the bulk went, you need a different cycle to accommodate your goals... so it just depends... i know that i run primo every cycle regardless... its my favorite compound and i will not run a cycle without it... things change though bro... you just go with what you respond to the best in accordance with the goals you have...

It all takes time to figure out how you respond to things, and that takes experimentation with dosages and compounds. Over time you may come up with certain favorites that are your go to compounds, but you never know what those are until you have other things to compare it to. Everybody is different and you just have to find out what works for you

Good question but definitely defendant on the guy. I'm a big "if it ain't broken don't try to fix it" guy.

Personally, I have 2 pretty standard protocols I run depending on the time.

I used to experiment now I pretty much use the same exact compounds every single cycle. Eventually you will learn what you like and what you don't and what's best for you.

Thank you everyone, yes I figured out like you say that it must takes time and experimentation, it's a bit frustating because they are a lot of good combinaisons possible but as the same time you don't want to loose time... For example, why testing the effect on sarms 1 by 1 to feel the sensation (even if it is fun) when you already know that you can already stack with each cycle that you run GW, SR, MK 677,... together as they are no sides at all and only positive results ?

So yes for AAS we have to take time and test the coumponds properly I 100% agree, finding the right balance. Thank you

sides with sarms are very minimal and stacking them is definitely the ideal method of use... they all carry special benefits and when ran together they feed off each other and results continue to increase... you definitely want to run a stack..
