I live in the midwest and its freezing out here so I appreciate the extra padding in the package. Definitely recommend buddhabuilder guys. Just a quick word on the upcoming gym January rush.

It’s easy to get annoyed by people who have no real clue how to train making it difficult to use the equipment you need to complete your workout, but be mindful, these are the ones who make it possible for us to train no matter what small town we travel to or find ourselves in.

I make a point of greeting them and expressing my appreciation for joining and keeping the gyms open. And every once in a while one of them stays and adopts the lifestyle.
