Oki i will take your advice. But the problem is. At school days i eat 800 kcals in morning. At school 10 sugarwaffels (3000kcals) 1 bag of m&ms (2000kcals) and thats only for the morning till 15:00. The problem is. I cant get heavier than 80kgs. Even with those amount of sugars (eat 150+ gram eggwhites). And still at 10% bf average. I dont know what healthy food will do with my weight. I will only get leaner
Have you tried eating some real food? Dump the waffles and m&m's and start eating chicken, turkey, steak, fish etc. Start with 5 meals a day and keep training and you will grow.
