We all talk about body fat in our goals, but what can we lose and what is necessar to sustain life? I did not make this video to start an argument or war bros, but truth is there is about 5% of our body fat we can not afford to lose or we begin to die!

In text I have mobil office 2013 from microsoft so ut helps in proper word placement and verbalisatiom. And thx! Am having some people asking me questions, health related, with some using totul body fat percentage and some backing out about 5% out of total. Am not trying to set the standard, but just our terminologies on same page. Maybe is because am med student and a few have advance knowledge many do not, but I had to clear up some of this and explain why is not possible to get at 4%! You are starting to die! But if you are subcutaneous body fat at 4%? Am jealos as shit (lol) and your REAL BF count is more like 8% and you still look ficking good ripped that hard!

I wish I could post video more direct from Iphone! It be easier than texting with my huge hands on such dinky fucking telefon! Lol.

The fat your talking about that u can't lose, I don't think it's even possible naturally bro..it'll take a strong dose of some really harsh drugs to burn that fat out like dnp, ephedrine, clen and all that kind of Shit. diet alone can't touch it..neither can starvation, or else how do you explain all the somalians running around? you have to judge by what I call "external" fat..the fat between skin n muscle. no one is trying to burn the inner fats
 
This one hit me personal guys. I almost die after my accident! Please, read on. Asmittedly the body building business and health care standards! Different they are, yes. Yes, am likely at 14 to 15% totul body fat! You know my reasoning was not to cheat how measurements are made! I do not want to see anyone injured because they fail to do this right! But lets be fucking honest here! The body fat pics of what we look like in percentage of loss or gain? That is most misleading and full if SHIT of all!! I found out the hard way guys! I picked up infection after my accident when I was hit by two cars. Pic 1 which shows 1-4% body fat is NOT POSSIBLE! You see, I went totul septicemic! My infection spread through my bloodstrean. I was down to TOTUL 3%!!! Body fat and I weigh 92 fucking pounds. I was skeletor and nearly died! My Gastrointestinal sîstem just shut off and I could not eat! I was lock down in intensive care unit with 5 inch peripheral midline IV into my superior vena cava vein feeding me a high calorie high protein diet in a panic effort to keep me out of morgue! Next day doctor drilled into my bone marrow and install interosseous IV to put antibiotics directly into bone marrow. It was only fat I had left beside my spinal cord! My body get stripped of all visceral fat surrounding me organs including my intestins, which is why food would not stay down and what little that did would not digest. My body fat at this time? 3.2% and I heard doctor Collier tell me best friend Bradley "we will be lucky if I am still alive at end of that week. Does he have family? They should be notified. Sooner or later, heroic measures will fail." Not long after, I lose consciousness completely. T Cell count of mine was 4! 4!!! Means I had 4 immune sîstem infection fighting cell in whole body, then I went into coma because of this shock of my body having to deal with trying to absorb food, liquid food, directly into my blood. A healthy person has 450 to 1800 T 4 infection fighting cells in their bodyI I had no strength to sit up, barely enough to turn my own head, none to even lift my arms and almost no feeling in legs because lack of protein, fat and calories meant my PNS-Peripheral Nervous Sîstem stopped working below my waist. I still had blood moving down there, but little else.

Believe me! I wish I had a picture of what 1 to 4% body fat looks like! My friends had said goodbye. My family flew in to see me an say good bye! I barely remember being picked up like a large baby and put into a chair wearing a hospital dress while someone wash my face and come what I had left of my hair which almost all fell out. I could barely see and what little I could see was nothing but blur. I was in peripheral neuropathy and going blind.

When I say that picture of what body fat looks like is totally miss leading crap? I have been there. I have seen that 1 to 4%!!! When doctor Collier was asked by friend of mine, Bradley, why did I pull out of it? I remember even now what is he said! "I have no idea."

Now some asking me question have figure out there is different standards in measuring body fat, and driving me nuts trying to figure out what they are talking about! Maybe I not say it right, but was only trying to get all in same page!

Is true some thing are not translate well and when I get pissed am tripping on words and it all comes put wrong.


Because at 1-4% body fat, My most vivid memorie was - This it it. Am only 32, and am going to die.

I sure as hell do NOT want to see anyone get a trophy for being 1-4% body fat, I almost got one, but they were saying is certificate of Death, Anymore than I want to see anyone get trophy for pounding in so much AAS they destroy their neurologic sîstem. I care. Is why am going to be a nurse!

But I will not take my body down to less than 10% TOTUL. It means I have 6% which would look really fucking good! But 12% I can live with. A bit scared I am to fet body fat too low? You bet I am!

You can get to 4 percent body fat it's not very healthy but possible

I think thee are different standards o measure by. Am not getting a clear answer from medical field, in fact am told, who cares what they use? We have our own standards. If this tue, then Athletic measurement does NOT include the 4% you can not live without and is possible to get to 4%, yes. Am held to a different standard as Student medic and nurse. YOUR Athletic standard at 4% would mean I NEED to translate that to 8%!!
 
Does anyone have that foto of the different men on it showing body fat percentage? I can not find it. Post if you do, please.
 
Dorin, you are getting things a little twisted by comparing yourself at a very unhealthy 3% bf at 92lbs and a bodybuilder going into competition at a healthy 3-5% and 200lbs+. Nobody maintains that low of a body fat after competition and if they say they are then we all know they're lying.
I can understand your point of view surviving the shit you did. But I think you're trying to compare apples to oranges in this instance.
Everyone has different goals and as long as we are all striving to achieve those goals and set new ones as time goes on then it's all good.

Food for thought, males carry 2-5% essential fat. Say you're a 200lb guy and presume you have 5% essential fat when you really have 2% essential fat. That would be 6lbs of bad fat floating around. That's a major reason why we don't just subtract 5%.

everyone else.....it's so easy ....
Trust me...in your present condition you are in no danger of being too low BF
Far from it....in the "real world" your BF is too high to be using AAS safely/effectively
Because a dexa scan will show your BF as 18% plus....that's the "real world"

Truthfully....I just don't get the purpose of your thread
There isn't one guy on this board that is in health danger from being too low BF...
But there are many here with high BF that are putting their health at risk because they have deluded themselfs into thinking they are in proper condition for steroid use

Thx for the foto. Is not like is more to my liking, but I believe is an aplicable medical standard! Now that I have this, am going to bring to Dr. Gann, my clinical preceptor and find out!

I know in biology I must include ALL sources of body fat including Cerebral, spinal, PNS, CNS and Lymphatic sîstem. If I do not know this, I fail biology 210.

It would make sense if athletic standard is different. Fats of your nervous sîstem are electrolyte base types not found any where else. They are conductive to electrical ompulses and their quantity does not change much. Signals travel through here sending mesajes of pain, cold, touch, heat, etc back to the brain. For me, medical standard comes automatic because is how I have been trained to think.

Like I said, I will take this to lab and find out because I will have to know this in my final for human anatomy and biology.

My body attacked and start to feeding on itself a few weeks after my bone breaks began to heal. Unlnown why, but physical trauma likely a cause.

I never mention this before and ok, maybe I lose it a bit getting chewed about going to 4% and less, infections followed when my immune șistem shut down. I was not expected to make it.

Oddly enough, one of the things I believe help me recover was medical marijuana card! I was one of 9 patients in early 90's when medical marijuana became an issue. Finally when my caregiver/nursing student assign to take care of me actually szart to cry when I ask her if she could feed me some cottage cheese! Lololol!

In 9 months with medical marijuana, I brought weight back up to 75 kg-163 lbs. I testify in front of legislature in Washington State and dedicate my effort at this time for patient medical marijuana. Because of my efforts along with others, we pushed for medical marijuana initiative and our testimony and hard work meant we got Initiave 692 signed into law!!! Washington State became first state in the Nation to have medical marijuana law!

I was proud to be part of that and we started a trend for other states.

I am medical marijuana patient 003, 3rd in the country and is also one reason I decide to return to college and become a Nurse. I may go for a Doctorate. Am not decided yet. Am only 57. What else have I got to do?

ctor for a dexa scan. If my health insurance will cover it, I will take it, but I have to be careful where money goes. If it must be bought by me, it will have to wait. I would be surprise to be at 18%, unless, here we go, you are using medical standard and then 4% would not count. I can believe am at 13-15%. I have lost a lot on starms before I switch to steroid and my doctor did give me green light to go ahead. In fact it was his suggestion once I brought my weight down and to be truthful? I was dead against it! Some things he will not support, Test and Nandrolones ok, in limited quantities.

My arms are 40CM at biceps and thighs are 67CM. My midsection is where most fat is hiding. [emoji35]🤣 Just like everyone elses! I have always been big dude. My two choices are big and heacy? Big and musculare. Guess which I pick.

I know am not to low BF. I had someone PM me and ask me, as a nurse, how he could get down to 3% total body fat the quickest. I just lost it. Is one big reason I really am not going to offer any medical opinion here any more unless you are my patient. Is just getting to wierd. Honestly guys? I really need to log out and take a break. I have much more important thing going on than here. I have a life and a partner I rather spend time with than get onto pissing contest about things not that important. This cycle will be me last for awhile. But am on TRT and will stay with GW 501516 and MK 2866. Mayve 150 mg/week deca of physician thinks is good idea.

Truth is, I can not remember password for this site, so when I log out, is possible I am not to get back in. You know? That is not a tragedy either. Maybe is divine intervention. I have a good life outside of here. I will post when I log out in new thread. Good night.
