Bloodwork and blood donation

Just got my kit from Letsgetchecked.com for my mid cycle bloods and just had a quick question. I have an appointment this Wednesday(9/13) to donate blood and I was wondering if it mattered if I sent my blood samples back before or after I gave blood? I appreciate any guidance with this!
