Blood Pressure

I've got so many things to try here, I thank you all for the advice. Lately I have just always felt anxious and I really don't know why, I go through stages. It's weird I can't really explain it but I'll just randomly feel anxious, it's more rare now that I've dealt with it and I know how but sometimes I just need a little relaxation aid.

So my store didn't carry cell food and she said I'd probably have to buy it online. I purchased an ionized water concentration or something that's supposed to do something similar in terms of oxygen. She said it isn't as good as cell food but it'll still help. I also got chlorella and I'm adding cayenne pepper to all my food and thankfully I love the taste. Blood pressure was 122/75 today so I'm happier with that number

Bloodwork came back stating I have bad cholesterol levels.. Ugh, okay so I guess I'll ditch eggs, stick to egg whites, increase all the good stuff and eliminate any bad stuff. Any advice on fixing cholesterol?

Yes! Definitely 3 to 4 times per week, about 180 milliters (6 ounce) red wine! Serious!!

I brought my bad cholesterol down to 77 from 381!! In 3.5 months! Red wine is loaded with anti oxidants and rosuvastains like Crestor!

Merlot and cabernet are great! But let your creativity come out! Pinot noir, Fetească Neagră, is all good! Am eastern european. We grew up starting around age 10 witb 120 mL (4 ounce for Americans) Vin Roșu (Red Wine) once a week! For good reason. Is a great detoxifier abd help flush the cholesterol and othee things out of your system and clean the liver a bit!
Just remember! Moderate amount, one 180 to 210 mL (6 to 8 ounce) 3 to 4 times a week with food! Too much alcohol will turn to fat and erode your gainzzzz!!

Ya I don't like alcohol. Not a drinker, I'll try the wine but could I just buy grape seed extract or just drink grape juice? Lol
 
Grape juice will help. Red wine is better! Try Sangria!

Also, my cholesterol numbers aren't like dangerously scary, my bad cholesterol is just slightly above normal but my good cholesterol is sitting at .46nmol and the range is supposed to be >0.99. I'm going to make all the diet changes and up the cardio, I'd like to finish my sarms but now I'm worried, I know sarms are safer but I just feel maybe eliminating them would help fix the issue. I've got about 6 weeks left on my sarms cycle and I'm wondering if its dangerous to have this type of cholesterol for 6 more weeks until I'm done (might even get better with the diet change) or if it's far too dangerous and I should just stop. I know cholesterol does return to normal but if it's left too bad for too long the hard plaque can form which can't be removed? Any advice is nice
 
Bro, You need to add fish to your diet, eat more salmon or add fish oil, Eat GARLIC every day, cut back in red meats, processed meats, up your cardio to 45 min of moderate to intense 4-6 days per week. Eggs should be limited to one whole egg a day although eggs don't really raise cholesterol levels if anything the Lecithin in the yoke helps lower it. The whole thing about eggs being bad for you is an old myth. If you want to go the supplement route you can add DE taken twice a day in the am/pm will remove cholesterol and plague along with a bunch of other things such as parasites and toxins from your body. DE stand for Diatomaceous Earth, look it up. If you do the DE don't be surprised to see worms and parasites coming out of you and don't be alarmed. Everybody and anybody who has ever eaten sushi, pork, salads specially at restaurants at one point pick up parasites due to raw/ under cooked /unwashed foods. DE kills them on contact and I have heard of numerous people being cured of shit just by taking this product alone, illnesses caused by parasites and misdiagnosed diseases by doctors.

My current diet now consists of egg whites, oatmeal, chia seeds, chicken, lots of greens, berries, Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, red kidney beans, chick peas, yams, brown rice and some whey protein
My supplements currently are
Fish oil 3g a day
2 garlic capsules a day
6 chlorella pills (split am, afternoon, evening)
Ionized water droplets called aerobic oxygen, was recommended to me and it was cheap
Apple cider vinegar
I really appreciate all the advise, I've been reading around multiple places and getting mixed reviews about cholesterol while taking sarms, everyone agrees that their liver and kidneys are fine but some people seem to be having cholesterol issues so I'm going to change my diet, change my workouts to add more cardio and I'll have my doctor monitor me as I told him about my usage and he of course advised against it but said he wants me to tell him so he can monitor me. Anyways thank you all very much I tend to worry a lot, just who I am and you're all helping a lot
