Small update as it hasn't been long enough to kick yet.
Today is day 4 and my second blast pin.
I pinned 150mg test (from the doc) and 150mg deca. So 1.5ml into my first delt shot.
That was an hour ago and it's tender. No pain injecting just a little tender now. Hoping it will work its way out. But it's not bad. First delt shot I expected worse. Especially with a little higher volume.

NY I am definitely working on building up my diet right now. I started a week and a half before my blast started Monday. I am unsure on the total calories and macros as of yet but will try to figure them out soon. I will lay out my average day and PLEASE critique to help me out. Maxx I have always fallen in the "hard gainer" category. I graduated high school at 150. That was 2006 lol.
BigB, trying to go as clean as I can.
So here is my normal day. Work makes it difficult to eat as I am in and out of the office all day and am on 24 hour call. Hopefully this will change in a few more weeks.
Breakfast 7am:
4 large eggs (working up to 6 or debating on adding egg whites)
2 slices of honey wheat toast
A small bit of grated cheese
2 tbsp salsa
Mix a shake and drink after getting to work and checking mails 9amish:
12 oz milk
1/2 cup oats
2 heaping tbsp PB
Frozen banana
Usually 1/2 up to 1 scoop protein
Lunch 12pm ish:
Chicken breast normally. About 10 oz
1 cup rice
1 cup veggie
When I can snack 1/4 cup almonds
Workout at 5
Protein shake immediately upon returning home
Dinner (7-8ish) is either same as lunch or 2-3 cans of tuna with 1tsp mayo and some mustard and hot sauce. I allow a couple club crackers to help with texture :/ And sometimes a glass of milk.
Before bed some yogurt or cottage cheese.
Sometimes I throw an extra can in as a snack. And I'll switch a protein here and there.
There is a tremendous amount that can be changed or added. I know I need to eat more. I just rarely have time and honestly don't know what else to add where.

one major change i would make is to increase your breakfast cals. i am similar to you. when i was in high school i was 165 lbs, and i am 6'5" lol..so i feel your pain. what helped me significantly is eating LARGE breakfasts.
4 eggs w/ 2 toast is fine but you need way more.
if you want you can try this. i guarantee if you do this on top of your current diet you will notice a big difference.
in the morning cut 1 red potato up (medium potato is about 4-5oz.), pour some olive oil in pan and fry potato until its soft enough. then put in 4 eggs and scramble it.
next put into blender 1/2 cup of oats with 6 oz of plain greek yogurt and 1 banana, and i also like to add 2 tablespoons of wheat germ. blend it. eat eggs and potatoes FIRST, then drink the shake otherwise if you drink shake first you may be too full to finish eggs and tater.
are you running 150 each? i thought you were planning on higher?
Decided to try twice a week pins. 300mg of each split.
Definitely a sore delt from the first pin there. But I did hit shoulders yesterday afternoon as well haha.

Yep for the three months of TRT so far, I rotated glute and quad. I haven't tried the left glute. Seems hard to twist and pin comfortably on my weak side.

My quads hurt a little for a couple days also but nothing too bad...ok cool, i didnt know if you were pinning delts exclusively or not.
my quads get sore when i pin them but it feels pretty good for some reason. just the weird satisfying feeling of being sore, mental thing
ok took me a minute to find your thread, but i remember your log now. sorry there are so many threads/logs its hard to keep track of sometimes. but i remember you were working on eating more cals correct?
Yes. But I was putting size on with the listed calories above without the extra compounds. So at this point there is still growth so that shouldn't stop the dbol from adding to that.
I just wonder why it's taking longer than normal. Unless I just don't react great or am slower reacting to it. I may just be impatient from everything I've researched and heard. I'm obviously going to give it more time though.

You need to eat more, should be at about 4500 calories a day. Only way to get big is to eat big even when you don't think you can.
Dbol Breakfast of Champions
I'm a cycling 20 weeks of test and EQ and have to wake up in the middle of the night to eat because I am so hungryYea still ramping the food up. Is there anything I can do to increase appetite?
