Blast and cruise question

Hey guys, I did my first blast of Test E at 500 mgs a week for 20 weeks starting last May. After that I cruised at 250mgs/week until the first of January when I started my current 20 week cycle of Test E 500 mgs /week 1-20, Dbol 50mgs ED (weeks 1-4) and Deca 300mgs/week 1-20, with Adex EOD. I was told you cruise at the same length of time you blast. My question is what is the acceptable time to wait between blasting cycles or is there any specific time at all? Thanks

Time on equals time off minimum. The longer the better (time off).

Thanks to both of you guys! Just wanted to check with someone who actually knows what the hell they are talking about.

Harsh compounds like Tren may take a little longer time to recover. It's good to get blood work and check your lipids.

I haven't gone the Tren route yet, still battling with the good and bad devils on either shoulder telling me what to do. Not that I don't want to try it at a 200 mg per week rate to see how my body takes it. I just haven't made my mind up yet. However, thanks for the info about it taking longer to clear. would that be with the Tren Ace as well or just the Enanthate?

When you're ready for Tren I ALWAYS recommend Ace. If you need to make adjustments or retreat it's out of your system rather quickly. It's a very serious compound that's not to be taken lightly. I ran Tren twice and it definitely reminded me it was in charge.

That's what Ive heard and is exactly the reason I haven't decided to try it or not. How long ago did you run it? I see you're only a year older than me. Just wondering about the results and sides for the older guys? For example if maybe it was harsher on guys our age or if it wreaks havoc on everyone regardless of age.

I ran it twice... 8 weeks each. Well the 2nd time I had to cut it short at 6 weeks because I got the flu. I'm sure Tren didn't help that situation either. It's been about 5 weeks since I've been off.

I got the typical sides like insomnia, night sweats. I did get some kidney pain if I didn't drink enough water so up your water intake. Tren cough is a bitch.

Ok, so nothing that isn't normally expected. I'm going to assume the Tren was from PL?? Is she domestic?
