Being one of the younger members here this affects me a lot more than I'd like it.
It helps me at time and lift harder cas of it. But at times also discourages me.

So my question is how so y'all handle it?
Any advise or tips?

Its a real thing for sure. I just refer back to Past photos of myself and I generally feel pretty satisfied with where im at. I try not to focus on being the best or the biggest but constantly being better than I was. Theres always room for growth

Well said, my friend.

Never compete with others. Compete with yourself!

I always struggled with this a lot for a long time. Being a super skinny kid in high school that was under 100 lbs made it hard for me to ever feel big. Even though I've almost doubled my weight since then and I'm in single digit body fat, it's normal to still feel small every now and then. It's just part of the mind game of all of this. I have my days I feel big as hell in the gym, mane others where I don't. I try my best to not let it get to me, and try to just remember where I'm at now compared to where I came from. As long as I'm better today than I was yesterday, I'm a happy man

Ya I feel y'all. I have came a long way!! Ha I'll post some pics but just wanna be bigger!

And you will be bro. I know the feeling though. I definitely wanna be bigger and I plan to be. Just cant ever get down on ourselves because we definitely came a long way

You look great bro. It's hard but try not to worry about anyone else around you. Ronnie Coleman of all people said some days he felt small. Lol Take it with a grain of salt and use it to push you.
