Most guys like to pin somewhere between 1-2 hours before training. If you're hitting the gym up at 6, pinning between 4:30 to 5 would be fine bro.

Just pinned a mg of the drol and TNE smooth... got a funky taste in my mouth,heard that can happen. Excited to see what happens. I think the taste comes from the oil used. Gcol I think it is

It's not water suspension btw. The drol and tne are both mct as carrier. And yes the taste is from the gcol hahahahaha. 1.5-2hrs pre workout seems to work good for me.
