Love your videos man. They are really helpful and informative. After watching your video on the dangers and facts of clenbuterol, you mentioned in the video/comments that there are more effective and safer options to help cut. I'm 35, 6' 2", 210 lbs and hold most of my fat around my stomach/love handles. I've been training for about a year 4-5 x a week and am seeing gains and growth underneath the fat and even striations in my shoulders if the light hits it just right lol. I am training in a caloric deficit but honestly I do struggle with staying under cutting calories sometimes and I'm currently dialing in meal plans and strategies to help me stay within my macros.
I definitely have goals that I am working towards in the gym and consider myself to be a disciplined and focused lifter, but my main goal is to cut the body fat percentage down while maintaining as much lean muscle mass/strength as possible.
I have heard you talk about albuterol in other videos and am considering that, but I wanted to ask you your professional advice on what you might recommend to help me achieve my above mentioned goal. Clen seems pretty shady and as someone who has never cycled anything before I'm hesitant to try it as a beginner. What are some safer/more effective options?
