Ya guys I got some viagra and I have this fucking killer combo now. Cialis, viagra and jak3d. It's the made of marble mix.
I feel like a piece of fucking stone my whole lift. It's awesome.

I wanna do viagra, cialis and ephedra though.
I gotta say cialis and viagra are cool on thier own but something about that combo is nuts. No crazy doses or anything. They work together quite well for me.

Old school jack3d was insane for long workouts pre reform, now tho some halo+caffeine and some niacin does the trick
 
Yea Rick the original jack3d was insane. I also loved the original MP Assault. I think it was about two years ago when they screwed that up and changed blends. Those two were by far my favorite.
I can't take straight caffeine pills. They get me all nauseous and stuff. Probably because I lift on an empty stomach?
The new jack3d is decent. C4 absolutely sucks, but great flavor. I hated the iron pump and the new ON pre. Right now I'm on Outlift. Great tingle and focus but crazy sodium in it. The Jekyll/Hyde didn't do it for me. Bullnox was good on the verge of great. Axiom would make me dry heave in between heavy sets...
Lol I've tried probably over a dozen more than those, I just can't remember them all without seeing them.

Apparently they have a lawsuit against the FDA and there's a loophole that allows them to sell it until the lawsuit is over

I was thinging about picking this up... Conqu3r made by olympus labs, ingredients and dosing looks legit, almost too good to be true. What do you guys think?

i dont like preworkouts anymore honestly. too many chemicals/additives that are unknown or unstudied put into them. half of those ingredients i dont even know what are or can hardly pronounce. sure you can try to find some articles on the ingredients BUT its almost 100% guaranteed there arent any legit studies done on that stuff AND who knows what happens when you mix all the ingredients together in your body. unseen reactions take place.

one supp i do like is ON Amino energy. its just some aminos and caffeine + green tea extract. very basic but good. not a bunch of crazy ingredients and not insane amounts of caffeine like Mr.Hyde (350mg). get some basic creatine monohydrate powder (dirt cheap) and toss it in there.

other then that, drink some Black Coffee with some creatine monohydrate in it. simple and effective.

All these ingredients have been CLINICALLY DOSED, which means they do have studies and have been proven. That's why I mentioned in my previous post that it looks to good to be true. Which ingredients are you not familiar with? No crazy ingredients here... well at least what they have posted in their label.

Well for me personally in no way do i trust "clinical studies" i believe most are bogus or biased to achieve desired outcome. you can find just as many studies to prove something false as you can true. and as you probably know already Supps industry is 90% Scams.

i feel nothing from beta alanine except it makes me itchy and tingly, unnatural feeling, combined with excessive caffeine makes me jittery and breathing problems.

point being, you may read an article about a certain substance but it may not be true, or they may leave out the possible side effects, or who knows what happens if you take it for extended periods of time. there just isnt the same proof for a lot of these new supps as there are for old school stuff thats been around for a long time.

ive taken tons of preworkouts and that may be part of the problem because when i was younger i took it left and right and i never read any labels, i have no clue what was in them. but i just stick to the basics now..
 
Awesome man, I understand you completely. At least some studies are better than no studies, is what I say. The data is the data, so you have to know to interprete and come to your own conclusions, not solely by the investigator opinion at least. But you are right, data can at time be biased especially when the study is being "funded".

yes true man. ON Amino Energy has beta alanine in it, you may like that product.
 
Jaked up is a mean ass pre workout lol. I still think it's like playing in the kiddie pool though in comparison to ares black.
