Believe me bro, I get to enjoy life and I enjoy foid very much. I just know about Balance and moderation. I have my planned chest meals 3 times per week and I throw down burgers, pizza, and whatever else during those planned meals. The whole rest of the week it's down to business and eating clean. I can maintain 8% bodyfat year round with that stategy.

Abusing food on a daily basis by eating what you want is a destructive and lazy way to live this lifestyle. Bulking isn't supposed to be an excuse to pig out every day on junk.

Lee priest had some of the best elite genetics of all time, so I wouldn't use him as an example. You don't see any other pros doing the same dumb shit he did

Im pretty sure by planned cheats Rick also incorperates depleting and backloading statagys like I do for cheat meals . for instance sunday at lunch is my normal cheat day but saturday ill go no carb and do a full upper body routine then cardio sunday morning protien only breakfast and heavy leag training then i go eat .All my glycogen stores are depleted and my entire body is in repair mode I could pretty much go full binge and do no harm that one meal then next day muscles are full and hard and Im back on my grind

Oh not at all bro. I gain fat super easy. It's all about structure and implementing those chests correctly, which are during my workout days. Other days I'm in a slight defecit and doing 30-45 minutes cardio to maintain my condition

Yep exactly. My cheat meal days are preceded by and followed by days that are at a defecit and low carb along with cardio
