Im pretty sure by planned cheats Rick also incorperates depleting and backloading statagys like I do for cheat meals . for instance sunday at lunch is my normal cheat day but saturday ill go no carb and do a full upper body routine then cardio sunday morning protien only breakfast and heavy leag training then i go eat .All my glycogen stores are depleted and my entire body is in repair mode I could pretty much go full binge and do no harm that one meal then next day muscles are full and hard and Im back on my grind
