I was wondering if some of you is able to recommend the most suitable cycle as i have been out of training for the last year (if not more( due to an injury and i just started my training back at the gym. Im 1.77cm and weight 87 kg and my body fat % is equal to 16.9. My ideal weight if not the ultimate goal will be around the 77 kg with lean muscles and very low body fat %.
What would you guys suggest?
