Been working out 7 years no health issues
Just started taking ostarine
153 pounds
5 foot 8
20% body fat
I roof 4 days a week
Play soccer 3-4 days a week and workout 6 days a week..I also take my dog for jogs and go roller blading and active with family .. I take one day off a week for rest ..I am extremely active and I need something that's gona help with endurance and keeping/building muscle as well..something to stop any fat would be nice too
 
I'd think roofing 4 days a week in the summer time would be your answer to fat loss. LOL.

Haha yes your funny and it sure burns a ton of calories but I'm Not new to it I'm use to roofing so I kinda want to get a Lil edge and get see how much more progress I can get for my self .. I'm looking for something that will preserve my muscle and help with endurance and get me a Lil tighter in the tummy area.. I don't have alot of fat but I still have some there
