Let me know what you think

It elevated, but not really that high. How long have you been off cycle? Did you run orals at the end of the cycle? Get some Liv52 or another liver support and you should be fine.

Definitely a good idea to stay on supports for a while after cycle. I run them pretty much all year. Are you planning to run orals with this upcoming cycle?

You should be good my man, it looks like you don't blast and cruise correct? I think that's a bit easier on the system than constant hpta restarts

T-Bol 1-4 60mg Ed
Test e 1-16 750mg wk
Eq 1-16 600mg wk
Mast e 1-16 600mg wk
Var 12-16 60mg Ed

Aro 12.5 e3d or more depending on how it goes

Hcg 1000iu 16-20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

I've never taken Tbol, but from what I see the compound isn't that harsh. I would think as long as you're taking supports you will recover just fine. I would run some mid cycle bloods just to confirm though.

That I plan to for sure

Do you drink at all? you have not ran orals in quite some time and although its not anything staggering in terms of how high it is, it would still be nice to have an idea what is causing any sort of elevation.

tbol is not as harsh as others, this is for sure but it still needs a close eye kept on especially with the issue of you already being elevated. liver 52 is great for the liver but that's the only thing its addressing is your liver where you need to be aware of your blood pressure, kidneys, lipids, cholesterol etc... i would at least look at something like cycle assist that has you covered all the way around and while its a strong and complete formula, its very cheap to use as well... just make sure your always protected

Yes for a while I was drinking quit a bit. Which was another reason I wasn't cycling.

that could definitely be part of the reason for the elevated levels bro... a nice detox for a few weeks would not hurt..

This was my initial thought when I saw your elevated levels, having not cycled in some time. You aren't that high so it shouldn't be too much of a concern as long as you stay on the supports and try to keep that drinking down to a MINUMUM. Obviously not at all would be best

You will notice a big difference in your workouts as well as your results. I've tried to incorporate it and even in moderation I've found it to be detrimental to my goals.
