I take the power chews now after you recommended them and they have worked great! That's interesting about not eating enough beforehand...that actually might be what it is. I switched to tablet BCAA. Is that just as effective?

yes they are all effective but trust me, on an empty stomach they can and will cause you issue... try to have at least a protein shake or something with some substance before the gym... i bet you this is the problem and it will correct when you implement this
