I get the raw powder form, some empty veggie caps and then press them myself. Seems way cheaper as it's one of the more expensive supps available from what I've found.

It's a great supplement for men even as far as just sexual performance goes. That's why I originally started it. All the other stuff is the icing on what is a very attractive cake. It's really good stuff.
