Are SARMS okay for cutting at 35-40% body fat?

Hi team,

I was wondering if it's okay to use a SARMS cutting stack along with proper diet and nutrition if someone (female) is around 35%-40% body fat range? Or would it be more advisable to strictly use diet and exercise to get to a lower body fat % before even considering SARMS?

Thanks!
Christian

have her natty cut for a bit, than use some GW.

clean, clean cals and 40min + of cardio will work pretty quickly @ 40% BF.

sarms are always used by people with an elevated body fat to help to drastically enhance the fat burning process... they help to get you over the top in achieving your goals and they definitely can safely be used and should be used by those with an elevated body fat... that is far and away the best option for her... i can help you set up the proper cycle anytime

Thanks so much Dylan! I will talk with her and see if she's open to this option. I'm putting together a diet plan for her now. I didn't want to suggest SARMS unless it was a healthy option. I'll follow up with you shortly. :)

SARMS are in a whole different class than AAS, and do not negatively impact your health like AAS does, so using them at elevated bodyfat levels do not carry any additional risk, where AAS obviously does. They can pretty much be used at anytime regardless of bodyfat level.

Interested in running this with my old lady as well. She isn't 35-40 but in the mid to upper 20's maybe. Not sure if she will go for it but I will suggest it, Also I know it has been discussed about popping hot on a piss test but she is a nurse and would probably not ever be tested for PED's What are your thoughts on this? I should add also that she is on hormone treatments as well. Will this have any negatives? She had a Hypothyroid and mild case of Grave's disease, which caused them to radiate her thyroid and now Is on replacement hormones. Any thoughts?

Sarms will not interfere with her hormone therapy whatsoever. They are not like AAS, and will not have interaction issues. She also doesn't have to ever worry about being tested for PEDs being a nurse. Even if she did, sarms require completely different testing which is rare and extremely expensive

specialized and very expensive testing is required and so she has nothing to worry about unless the wada is performing tests on nurses which i highly doubt is the circumstances! :D

she is completely fine all other fronts you mentioned to use sarms... i can get her cycle all set up for her if you want... just let me know...

I will as soon as I get home, so I can stay on top of her ass, "literally and figuratively" hahaha. When I travel she is a very busy mom and nurse and will not or does not really have time for the gym and well the diet goes out the window as well. So im hoping to be home in October, then its on like Bing Bong jack.

And I will def hit you up for her dosing and what not I appreciate that
