what i dont understand is the cardio routine here... if the goal is to be cutting then why on earth is cardio not the centerpiece of things? when you are stagnant etc. and then you take a look at this routine, which is horrible, then its clear changes need to be made... im the biggest sarms advocate on the planet but im more of an advocate of hard work than anything else... yes, sarms can give the enhancement that is necessary but its only needed when all other avenues have been visited and that's far from the scenario here... this comes flat out down to training and/or lack there of... if the current routine is too much, then it needs to be scaled to where its conducive to the goal at hand... im just lost on this... when your a trainer, this is flat out common sense and im pretty disappointed in the lack of guidance given... its not good at all... im not trying to be rude but its black and white... your looking for any way out of this when its a lack of teaching thats the problem here
THIS! I agree 1000%. I was being polite earlier, but this potential guidance is ludicrous. Worst advice by a trainer possible, total negligence. If I'm this kids' parent, you're fired dude.
