Are SARMS a good idea for my client? PLEASE HELP

what i dont understand is the cardio routine here... if the goal is to be cutting then why on earth is cardio not the centerpiece of things? when you are stagnant etc. and then you take a look at this routine, which is horrible, then its clear changes need to be made... im the biggest sarms advocate on the planet but im more of an advocate of hard work than anything else... yes, sarms can give the enhancement that is necessary but its only needed when all other avenues have been visited and that's far from the scenario here... this comes flat out down to training and/or lack there of... if the current routine is too much, then it needs to be scaled to where its conducive to the goal at hand... im just lost on this... when your a trainer, this is flat out common sense and im pretty disappointed in the lack of guidance given... its not good at all... im not trying to be rude but its black and white... your looking for any way out of this when its a lack of teaching thats the problem here

THIS! I agree 1000%. I was being polite earlier, but this potential guidance is ludicrous. Worst advice by a trainer possible, total negligence. If I'm this kids' parent, you're fired dude.

Dylans' credibilty with me just went up a million percent.

i appreciate that bro... ive been a trainer since i was 20... i've been doing it a long time and there's ethics there and when i dont see them followed i just cringe... you have an obligation to be on point at all times as a trainer... your dealing with peoples' lives for fuck sake... it needs to be taken with an amount of seriousness of that of a doctor or anyone else...

We're going to visit the new program I'm putting him on for four weeks! If it works we will rule out GW entirely. If it doesn't work like we're hoping, we will consider a GW cycle.

well if you need help in the cardio area, Dylan is the greek god of cardio.. im sure he could help with a few ideas.

absolutely and both of us would be MORE than happy to help get this kid on the right track and you as a trainer as well... just listen and we will help you... that's what we are here for...

He used to, but his cardio has come from 15 minute uphill walks 3 times per week. His split is:

1). Chest/Arms
2). Back/Shoulders
3). Legs
4). Chest/ Arms
5). Back Shoulders
6). Legs

His split needs major work as well... Chest/arms and then very next day back/shoulders? His rotator cuff will go bad within a very short period of time

if you're a trainer shouldn't you know what you're doing? Not trying to be rude but seriously you should know your shit down to a t if you're gonna train people

there's no way you can fully train chest and all arms in one day unless your training on the upward of 2 hours or more and thats just flat out ridiculous... the split needs a lot of work

I do agree that the split needs a ton of work. That looks like a recipe for overtraining to me, trying to hit everything twice a week on top of the layout that makes no sense

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

I read that split last night and analyzed it today. If you're set on it, put the leg day in between the two or you're going to be over training certain muscle groups and halting progress

Starting a 4 day Upper Lower. Should cardio be done on the three of days?

with his given condition and goals, cardio needs to be done a MINIMUM of 4 days but 5 is really what he needs... your overtraining him on his lifting, i guarantee it and your only making things worse on him...

I agree his cardio needs to be 5 days a week. Have you thought about only training each body part only once a week?
