So this has been mentioned to me for a few years but I've been putting it off because I didn't think it was a big deal. I still have to go get a sleep study done but my doctor said my septum is deviated and resembles in S instead of straight so my breathing sucks. Also, my throat canal is too narrow and my tonsils will have to be removed along with my ulvula (that shit that hangs) because its abnormally long. Sometimes when I wake up it feels like I am swallowing it.
Anyway, she said I'm gonna need surgery and it'll take 2-3 weeks of recovery. She also said I'll need to be on a liquid diet and will probably lose weight. That's the part that I dread because I got all kinds of gains on my first cycle. I'm currently in my first week of pct. on the bright side I guess when all is said and done I can go on another cycle so the timing is about right...
I was also wondering if anybody knows about oxygen deprivation and fat loss. It seems like there are some articles that relate and it would explain why I can not seem to lose the fat around my face no matter my diet. (yes I am blaming sleep apnea on not losing fat LOL)
Anybody else deal w this? How did you deal?
