So, as many of you know I am one of the most hardcore cardio trainers you will find... I do 90 minutes a day, 6 days a week but it does become tedious in terms of being constantly the same type of endurance training... I decided I need a little more variety and so I have decided to start hitting the bike trail a few times a week... There are so many trails and riders and it is growing each and every day... I just bought my first bike today and am actually starting Saturday morning bright and early for a nice 30 mile ride. Here is the bike I just purchased... Wondering if anyone has any input on experiences?
