They can be. I love pinning my quads. I pretty much know where all the landmines are by now so quads are easy peazy. It's funny though, I can pin almost anywhere on my right quad with no problem. My left quad however, that motherfucker is riddled with mines. Nothing like hitting a nerve to wake your ass up. Lol
