Hello all
Im an almost 40 year old sprinter who runs the 100/200. I tore a muscle almost 10 years ago which took me from running 10.3 to 11.x. My goal is to get back into the 10's.

I did my first test prop 300mg week/tbol 20mg day cycle which was 8 weeks (well 4 for the tbol) and ended a few weeks ago. Im on week 3 of 4 of my PCT clomid/nolva.

I plan to jump back on another cycle in about 7 weeks. My last cycle I noticed that I got super swole, gained a few pounds and was extremely tight muscle wise.

My next cycle I plan to drop the tbol and go with a lower dose of test-(200mg/week)

What else do yall suggest I add. My goal is to drop weight and well run fast.

Hey bro, what are your full stats?

Keep in mind that time off = time on...
So if you did an 8 week cycle and 4 week pct, you should wait at least 12 weeks before jumping on again

My ideal running weight is 168.

Ok so I need an extra 4 weeks before jumping back on test. I read that sarms can be used as a bridge, what do you think about me jumping sarms 4 weeks before starting test?
 
You could run a bridge if you wanted to, yes... I would consider running sarms in your next cycle. Something like this would be great for your goals:

1-10 test prop 75-100 mg eod
1-10 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-12 S4 50mg per day split into 2 doses
1-12 GW 20mg per day
1-12 SR9009 30 mg day; 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart

You can find out more info on those sarms on the isarms YouTube channel.. GW and SR are great for performance, endurance etc

For the goals you have test doesn't even make sense. Sarms are perfect for wgat you want.

This is what I'd go with

1-12 RAD140 20mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes pre workout

9-12 Post CT https://www.dganutrition.com/post-ct

13-16 PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Im sure im below 15% probably around 10. My abs are clearly visible.

You can use test if you want as a base, but it's honestly unnecessary for the goals you have. You'd also need a much more extensive pct

Yea im feeling that now. Im about to order the post ct now, do I need the organ st also?
 
you dont need test whatsoever... not at all.. you dont have to use organ st but it clearly is always helpful.. here's the necessary way to run it but you definitely can add organ st if you want...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
