Hello. I am a subscriber and follower of your youtube channel. I have been on Androgel 1.62% 2 pumps daily for a month, i am 36 170lbs.. i would like to start training amd stacking what's pointers and and ive can you give me to do it the safe way and which products should I use?

I am also thinking about switching to injections (cypionate) my T levels before starting the gel were around low 170 but I having had any recent blood test done. Please help..
 
Need stats, lifting experience, etc. gel is garbage. If you are on TRT injections are the only protocol worth a shit. No matter what man, I would get my TRT on point before I screwed around with anything else. Thats just my 2 cents but there are wayyyyy more intelligent guys here that im sure will answer ya.

To clarify.... gels are usually ineffective for a lot of guys....but for some it does work...gel was totally useless for me when I first started my TRT....BUT ...I have a good friend that just started on gel...I ragged on it ..telling him don't waste your time..but the gel increased his serum level to 580ng/dL within the first month of use..so I had to eat my hat...its working for him...go figure
OP... stay the course on your TRT... it's way too soon to be thinking about a cycle...you need to dial in your TRT first (gel or injections)...build a foundation with your diet and training... next year think about a test only cycle (no stacking)

hold up.. are you saying you don't even work out? you said you were just starting training? am I interpreting this correctly?
 
You need to train for years before you even think of cycling. You don't start training and juicing right from the start.

Cycles are for people that have already put the time and experience in the gym to build a good proper foundation. If you are just starting training, that should be the furthest thing from your mind.
