He is starting a cut soon and wishes to run an anavar only cycle (I did tell him to run with test- please don’t shoot the messenger)
He intends to do 5 weeks
Week 1 - 30mg
Week 2 - 40mg
Week 3 - 40mg
Week 4 - 50mg
Week 5 - 50mg.
THIS IS HIS FIRST CYCLE
He would firstly like to know if he will see any increases in lean mass and/or in strength over these five weeks and if he should lean out sufficiently, seeing as though he is currently round 17%bf.
Secondly, he wishes to know what pct he should run? I’ve told him nolvadex with cardarine and nutrobal for 6-8 weeks but he won’t take my word for it, he wants yours Dylan.
