I believe it's best not to eat dried fruit because it's concentrated fructose and with a very small portion you end up eating the equivalent of 4 or 5 serving of fresh fruit...drinking fruit juice is similar

"Only the liver has the capability of converting fructose into glycogen—the storage form of carbohydrates."

The problem with fructose arises when the liver glycogen levels are full. At this point, fructose gets converted to fat and that helps to increase the size of the fat cells.

I am in total agreement with this. Nothing about Buens post was slander, unlike the other posts made which is why I deleted them and made a comment about it. I stand by that distinct difference

Weight 70 kilos
I don't know exactly my bf%
But is low my estomach is flat no love handles I just want more definition in my abs look harder and dryer
The same for the rest of my muscles I don't do weight only calisthenics jogging mulai thai and surfing
Definitely what I am looking for is to get more definition and add some hard muscle but not too much weight
I eat clean fish chicken. Nuts alot of veggies and fruits sweet potatoes wheat bread dry fruits no salt no sugar
Iam in good form healthy and energetic


hey bro.. i would be on a ratio of 55-60% protein, 30-35% carbs and 10-15% fats... cut the sweet potatoes for no.. fish and chicken are great, green veggies especially... your on the right track... it just needs some cleaning up...
