Anavar and test prop

Hi everyone i am bless1987 , i am new to this forum. I need sime advice from you guys on my anavar cycle
I am doing anavar @ 50 mg ed and test prop @. 200 mg per week
I have read somewhere that by taking caffeine with var will increase the effect of var.
Is it true or just a hoax
Please advice
 
I do not believe caffeine will have any effect on anavar.. What are your goals for this cycle?

Age 28
Height 5 11"
Weight 190 pounds
Bf 13-14 %
Doing weight training from last 6 years on and off
My goal from this cycle is to grt bf down to 9-10 %
Doing hiit cardio 20 mins daily and weight training 6 days in week
Also eating preety much clean
With protien - 200 gms
Carbs -100 gms
And fats- 30-40 gms

If you’re an Anavar user and want to increase its bioavailability, making a smaller amount go that little bit further, or magnifying its muscle building effects at all – ingest it with a cup of coffee.

Researchers in Portugal have found something fairly interesting after steroid users in Portgul and Spain were convinced Anavar + caffeine was superior to Anavar alone. This information then led to a study being conducted on Oxandrolone’s metabolites when consumed with caffeine. The Portuguese researchers acting on behalf of a doping lab Laboratório de Análises de Dopagem consulted the literature.

Caffeine has been studied before about its ability to increase the uptake of certain drugs, notably Paracetamol in this study. So they curiously questioned if this effect would be evident in Oxandrolone (Anavar) users.

The Portuguese researchers gave 0.4mg of Oxandrolone to a subject who consumed three espressos per day. The caffeine content of one espresso is 64mg. For the next forty hours the subject was monitored for the amount of caffeine, Oxandrolone and the inactive Oxandrolone metabolite Epioxandrolone in their urine.

The experiment was then repeated giving the subject a larger caffeine dosage of 300mg in pill form. The figure above shows that the amount of Oxandrolone and Epioxandrolone rose by a factor of 20 and 15 respectively making its effects more pronounced.

The researchers concluded that their experiment may show that caffeine causes a considerable improvement in the uptake of Oxandrolone by the body. “Practically this means that similar concentrations/effects may be achieved using lower dosages”, they write. “Other anabolic steroids should also be investigated.”

Limitations to this study were that it was done on only one subject.

Anavar is one of the most popular oral anabolic steroids ever used and is still used widely today, by both men and women. With a good safety profile and positive muscle building qualities and enhancing fat loss, its popularity is only going to grow. Anavar is also one of the most expensive anabolic steroids sold today, so consuming your daily Anavar dosage with a cup of coffee may enhance its effects. If you consume caffeine pre-workout in pill form, or as part of a supplement, add your daily Anavar dose to this for maximum effects.

If caffeine has any fret on Anavar, I would say it would be a negligible amount for the most part. I wouldn't put a lot of stock into it. If you want enhanced effects I would look into adding some sarms to your stack. Adding GW and S4 would be compliment Anavar very nicely, helping to drop bodyfat, get harder, leaner, more vascular,mane more lean mass and strength.

Run GW at 20mg per day your whole cycle
Run S4 at 50mg per day throughout the cycle

Dude that's just over 1500 calories... Unless you plan on doing ZERO cardio or are a 100lb woman, I would recommend consuming more calories. Mainly in protein and dietary fat. Then I would incorporate a weekly carb refeed. Good luck

I am already consuming 200 gms of protien, do you want me to increase it

Something I have had success with personally while cutting is 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, you should be eating closer to 300 grams of protein at your weight. This will help your workouts, your muscle preservation while cutting as well as get you in that caloric range you want to be. As said previously once a week have a high carb day or a good cheat meal to replenish your body.

Id say for your size and goals you would need to increase your total caloric intake by at least 1000. Right now if you continue a caloric deficit this great youll likely have trouble sticking to it and wont see much in the area of gains to say the least

Hey bro... welcome to adrenaline rush... lets get right into this... first things first, for your goals, that's NOT what you want to be doing... your wanting to drop drastic amounts of body fat and thats not what steroids are used for, so you may want to reassess this..when you under eat as much as you do your actually going to stall out weight loss because your going to slow your metabolism... you can't completely crush it as your going to do, its detrimental... i would highly reconsider this entire set up from the cycle to the diet... i have other options for you to still build size and strength but to drop the weight and body fat your wanting to do.. let me know and i'll be happy to guide you in the right direction here otherwise, your going to be disappointed with everything...
 
also, as others pointed out, your study on anavar was done on ONE person... its not conclusive whatsoever and really sends a lot of implications more so than facts so DO NOT get caught up in that whatsoever
