I enjoy doing arm work, but I've actually found it to be unecessary. I don't do much arm work, but a lot of compound movements like presses and rows, and I feel that's where the growth really comes from. Arms are my best feature on my body by far, and I've never really hit my arms hard by themselves. I hit an exercise or two here and there, but the compounds are what I concentrate on. I'm sure, I'm genetically gifted with my arms, but that is what I've experienced and found that works well for me
