yeah that very well could be a recomp. the two ways to tell would be measurements and strength. is your strength going up? are your arms or legs getting bigger?
another way is vascularity but that may or may not be a good indicator, because you can increase vascularity while remaining the same bodyfat due to anabolic effects, so once you stop taking whatever it is youre taking you lose the vascularity. BUT if you are getting more vascular that may be an indicator or fat loss as well.
the scale is not the best indicator, the mirror is. watch your abs, watch your vascularity, and watch your strength gains..
