Am i expierecing recomp?

Ok guys so I'm on week 9 of my cycle. using test at 500mg/wk, winny at 50mg, ostarine and gw. Im at a pretty drastic caloric deficit but I'm not losing ANY weight. when I'm off cycle and I'm at the same deficit i drop almost 2 lbs a week. Is this normal and considered a recomp?

building muscle and dropping body fat or staying the same body fat is considered a recomp... think of gaining 10 lbs. and dropping body fat or staying exactly how you started... that's a recomp
 
yeah that very well could be a recomp. the two ways to tell would be measurements and strength. is your strength going up? are your arms or legs getting bigger?

another way is vascularity but that may or may not be a good indicator, because you can increase vascularity while remaining the same bodyfat due to anabolic effects, so once you stop taking whatever it is youre taking you lose the vascularity. BUT if you are getting more vascular that may be an indicator or fat loss as well.

the scale is not the best indicator, the mirror is. watch your abs, watch your vascularity, and watch your strength gains..
 
Great advice here already. Another way is to get a caliper test and get a pretty accurate reading of your current bf%. The scale is a liar. You could be undergoing drastic changes and never see tge scale change. Also take some photos to measure progress

first off have you measured bf? because that is what matters, not weight

It's entirely possible you are recomping, but the only way to know for sure is by comparing measurements or your look to how you did before. When you look in the mirror, are you leaning out? Has your waist and bodyfat went down? Are you noticing any more definition or vascularity? If you took measurements before the cycle and can take some now is another way
