So tomorrow I'm getting my blood work and then I'm pinning Monday morning. I'm sitting around 282lbs right now. Cardio is a total of 2.5 hours out of the week spread out through the days. Protein is about 350g, carbs get cycled, fats are around 75g a day. Intense sessions 5x a week. I'm looking forward to this! I can't wait to kill it and finally experience the AAS world! Thanks to everyone who has helped me and gave me pointers and advice!
