AI's side effects (Femara, Arimidex, Aromasin)

Out of all the AI's, which has the least side-effects?

Also, did you experience memory loss or insomnia from any of the AI's you have tried?

According to some review sites, where mostly women with breast cancer give reviews, it seems that the AI's can have a lot of side-effects:

Women complain of memory loss, falling, insomnia, depression, feeling aged... Are these really common side-effects, or do they occur only with higher doses or long term therapy? What are your thoughts?

As hormonal science is still so new, most doctors are so blasse about the treatment here and in the process do more harm than good.

The issue here is elevated E2 leading to cancers, growths, tumours etc. Which DOES happen in men too, and is why keeping your E2 under control is a must. And good hormonal doctors prefer to over suppress rather than under suppress E2 levels for precaution.

But as we know, SOME E2 is needed. Do doctors care about this, though? Especially when they're presented with a breast cancer patient?

Nope.

E2 becomes their enemy. "We must squish it to prevent any possible growth!"

So they have these poor women taking 1mg of the stuff every day. 5mg a week. Or whatever the crazy as-directed dosing protocol is.

And these women not only suffer obliterated E2 levels (and related hormone crashes in the process) but the medications themselves can also cause issues. For example, even if your E2 remains the same, the chemical structure of Arimidex medication itself can cause aching joints and fatigue, brain fog etc etc. They all give side effects, and they all have their OWN side effects.

"No cancer growth though!" The Doctor says with a smile on their face as they pat themselves on the back.

They all unfortunately have side effects, and some just either do not work for some people or have their own negative interactions. Aromasin doesn't work well for some, for eg, because their body creates new aromatase at an insane rate. Arimidex for another example might give someone headaches or migraines. Femara could cause itchiness or rashes or ED for another person even if their E2 is perfect.

Constant monitorization is mandatory. And as always - the patient and the symptoms should be treated - not the numbers. If Arimidex say, has your E2 perfect but is making your life a living hell, it's time to look at another option.

Generally Aromasin is going to have the least side effects for AIs. It's also lipid friendly and better on your health where arimadex can skew lipids

I have all three situation dependent bro, to me aromasin feels best. Femara is no punk and IMO is the strongest of the 3.

This is spot on. I've used Adex because its prescribed for me but when I saw my lipid panel, I about shit! Switched to aromasin

letro can ultimately be the one that makes you feel the worst but with arimidex doing what it can do to a lipid panel, its definitely something to take into consideration when making a choice...

Ok, so if I got this right, Aromasin is the most recommended AI?

In case a person cannot get aromasin, which would be the next drug of choice to try: Arimidex or Letrozole?

Letrozole (also called Femara) is generally only used here* to treat gyno.
Speaking from experience, the LiquiFem (Femara/Letrozole) from SarmsX is no f**kin joke, I had gyno from a fake sarm (probably Tbol or Dbol) and that stuff knocked it out in like a week and a half at 1.25mg EOD.
You can get all three AIs Aromasin, Arimidex, and Femara from SARMSX and like I said, it's 100% legit.
