Hi all

I am getting ready to get on 500 TEST E 12 week cycle/ Arimidex .5mg EOD. Before I commit I want to ask and get your advise. I have high blood pressure 141/97 I don't know why, but it seems genetic.

I don't smoke nor drink, don't eat out a lot besides 1-2 meals on weekends.

I am
age 27
height 5-11
weight 164

Please let me know how I should control before I start or during.

Are you controlling your sodium intake? I personally have had great results of lowering blood pressure with 1000mgs of hawthorne berry, and 300mgs of COQ10 per day. If i were you, I would want to get my blood pressure in control before starting a cycle..

Try donating blood. I do it every 2-3 months. It can make a difference, not a huge difference but it's like getting an oil change with fresh blood. Also walking outside works too. There are things you can take and I'm sure others will comment. But these 2 ideas are easy and good for you regardless

Don't mess with BP.

Baby aspirin in the AM helps along with the previous suggestions.

OP; are you sure of your height & weight?

I will try to lower before I get on with COQ10, hopefully it will work.

Once I am on the cycle can I take?
TEST E + Arimidex .5 EOD + Baby aspirin 1 pill AM

Should that be fine?

164 is quite low on weight brother... you could gain 10 lbs more and run this right... what exactly are you trying to accomplish here?? i would also go with coq10 and hawthorn berries to help your bp... GW501516 would be an excellent way to help it as well..

typo, Dylan I am 5-9 with 164 early morning weight. I get to 168 during the day. I will look into hawthorn berries/coq10 can they be taken during the cycle? I want to put some muscle mass.

Any help will guide me the in the right direction.

yes, you can definitely use them on cycle brother... what is the specific goal you have from the cycle?

I would like to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle, I been working out for 8 years 4 of them were for boxing. Started weight lifting 4 years ago went from 134 to 174 my heaviest.

Love the ambition but you're not gaining 10-15 pounds of quality muscle with one cycle.

Remember to be patient.

Dude, I can tell you it's genetic. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at 28 yrs old. Needless to say I was pissed. I've done everything imaginable re: diet, sodium, etc.

I don't have a blood pressure sensitivity to sodium.

I've gotten other doctors opinions and they say it's genetic. And my high strung personality didn't help.

Being on Test Cyp 200 mg a week hasn't changed my blood pressure either way. I don't smoke, drink to excess (never did), diet was, for the most part clean, it's just the way it is.

Are you on blood pressure meds? You need 3 consecutive readings of your blood pressure being high to be diagnosed with hypertension. Get it checked by your doctor.

NO med he said its borderline. I have been taking Fish Oil and Multi Viti. I will go get it check again at CVS tomorrow.

Ahh ok well that's good news, hopefully u can bring it down some with some OTC remedies. My advice would be do not use in-store BP machines as they are not very accurate. And you need to check BP after waking up, not at a the store or after even walking or having food etc.. they will all give higher BP inaccurate
